Return Eligibility

Petvena accepts eligible returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance products
  • Opened pet grooming or hygiene products
  • Products damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once Petvena receives your return, the item will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to process and display the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from Petvena.

Exchanges

In case you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact Petvena within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and arrange an eligible replacement at no additional cost.

For size, color or product exchanges, contact our support team before returning the item so availability can be confirmed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Petvena cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Before returning any item, contact Petvena through the Contact Us page on our website.

Our support team will review your request and provide the correct return instructions.

Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from Petvena first.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

When you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.
  • Contact your payment or card provider.
  • Ask your bank for a processing update.
  • Contact Petvena support through our website Contact Us Page.
